Carol

Vice President, Carol Molina

Carol Tatiana Molina, born in Bogota, Colombia. At the age of 8, Carol embarked on a transformative journey with her family, migrating to the United States and settling in Marietta, Georgia. Her educational path led her to Chattahoochee Technical College, where she pursued her passion for effective communication through a major in technical communications. During her college years, Carol seized the opportunity to broaden her horizons by studying abroad in France, an experience that immersed her in diverse cultures. Since then, she has traversed through 10 countries, enriching her perspectives and deepening her understanding of the world. Carol is fluent in four languages including English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French, with proficiency in Japanese and Italian.
Her professional journey has been as diverse as her linguistic skills, encompassing roles ranging from specialized early education teacher to flight attendant and certified Medical Interpreter. However, it was Carol’s compassionate nature and inherent desire to make a difference that led her to the realm of senior care services. This passion was further fueled by her personal experiences, particularly her tender care for her late grandfather, Jorge Torres. Her venture into this field began in 2007 when she volunteered at various assisted living facilities in France. In her roles at assisted living communities across Georgia, from Woodstock to Marietta and Powder Springs, Carol’s dedication shone brightly. Starting as a compassionate care partner, she steadily ascended the ranks, ultimately assuming pivotal roles such as business office manager and move-in coordinator, with a special focus on memory care and human resources.

From Carol herself:
“I am thrilled and eager for the opportunity to share my unwavering love, passion, and dedication to the elderly community—a journey that has spanned nearly a decade and promises many more fulfilling chapters ahead!”
Beyond her professional endeavors, Carol finds profound joy in her role as a devoted wife to Martin and a loving mother to their three beautiful children—Isco, Sebastian, and Giuliana.
